Athanasios has been involved as project manager in large technical projects for the public sector in Greece until 2002. After 2002, Athanasios started to work on development of renewable energy projects starting from Germany in 2003, and later in other European countries, and in 2015 he moved in the MENA region, where he was responsible for the development of a utility scale solar project in Egypt. Since late 2016, he co-founded EnFA and started to develop RE projects in the Sub-Saharan region

Giorgio Gerovasili
Managing director, UK
Having completed MSc studies in Civil Engineering in USA and UK, George has been active in construction business since 1998 and in renewable energy sector since 2006, when he founded an EPC company (RSEnergy Hellas Solartechnik). In 2013, he started construction activities in West Africa, and since 2016, he co-founded EnFA, to develop RE projects in the Sub-Saharan region. George is a Danish Consul since 2004.

Costa Coucoulis
Managing Director, Tanzania
Costa is an experienced investor focusing on business opportunities namely in sustainable ways of living. Born and raised in Burundi, with financial studies in Greece, Costa has been living and venturing in Tanzania since the late 90s. He has spent many years travelling around Africa, and has attained international recognition for his initiatives in supporting local communities. He is also active in hospitality business being a co-founder of the renowned resort of Saadani Lodges, Saving Africa’s Nature in Tanzania and Kijani Collection. Costa is a Partner, and an Operations Director in Africa.

Ally Abdallah
Project coordinator
Ally holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and for over ten years now has been working with Saving Africa’s Nature in Tanzania, a non for profit organization that work to support the communities around Saadani National Park. As part of Enfa Team, Ally is responsible for all administration work as well as coordination of the projects in development stages.

Bacari Japhari Coucoulis
General Manager, Tanzania
Bacari holds a Bachelor degree in banking and finance. He has worked in The Original Saadani Experience, and also at the Kijani Collection company in the supply and procurement sector.

Priscila Ferdinand
Accounting/financials
Priscila is an experienced accountant and has previously worked also at the Kijani collection in the accounting dpt.

Aris Aravidis
Investment officer
Aris, an MBA & MSc Electrical Engineer, has a concrete background in investment banking and in energy sector over all. After a lengthy international career in the banking sector, he worked on energy projects of utility scale evolving gas and oil fired projects, as well as renewable energy projects sucha as solar, wind and biomass. Aris also created and succeeded in his own private venture an Independent Power Producer. Since 2013, Aris has been working extensively in Africa, being among others, Country Head for Algeria for METKA, an international EPC contractor. In this position, he managed the delivery of more than 2GW of infrastructure in Algeria by the open consortium GE-METKA.

Anthony Kios

An Economist, MSc, MBA, Anthony specializes in military contracting and large scale construction contracting, with a strong focus in start-up companies and business acceleration concepts. Anthony has held key positions such as Chief Business development offices, Vice President, CEO, founder and owner of different private entities. He has extensive background experience in the markets of UK, France and Switzerland.

George Giannatos
Project coordinator
George, an environmental engineer, PhD, with extensive background in wind energy since 1998 and solar energy since 2003. George has held key positions such as Project Leader for wind studies for a total of 2.8GW for 9 international groups, managing director an NGO founder. He has extensive experience in the markets of Europe and Africa
